How does Probatix deliver results to my telemedicine platform?
In structured form as a FHIR R4 bundle (DiagnosticReport + Observations per parameter, LOINC-coded) or as JSON via the REST API. Webhooks push the "report_ready" status change in real time, so your system can react immediately.

Which diagnostics can be lined up ahead of a telemedicine consultation?
Practically every standard panel: lipid profile, HbA1c, thyroid function, hormone profiles, micronutrients, STI/HPV, PSA, iFOBT. The advantage: the values are already available at the consultation, and the conversation starts with substance rather than with "please bring a blood test".

Can I route out-of-range results automatically to my physicians?
Yes. Via webhook and defined thresholds (e.g. HbA1c > 6.5%, LDL > 190 mg/dl), results can be channelled into a prioritised medical workflow. The logic sits in your system; Probatix supplies the structured data as the trigger.

How does this fit with §116b/117 SGB V?
Routing to contracted physicians or specialist outpatient care is supported by our platform — we deliver the result in FHIR-compliant form to the specified practice or medical-centre system. The contractual connection belongs in the onboarding process of the insurer or operator.

Do I need my own contracted-physician network?
No. Probatix works with available contracted-physician networks, so that you as a telemedicine provider can use diagnostics without building your own medical care structure. You can also connect your own — both are possible.
