Can we pair blood tests with our supplement range?
Yes, that is a standard use case. Diagnostics before a supplement regimen provides the baseline value (e.g. vitamin D status, ferritin, B12); a follow-up test after 8–12 weeks shows the effect. The test is integrated into your range as its own module or as a combo bundle.

Which micronutrients can be measured by home sampling?
Standard repertoire: vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate, ferritin (iron stores), iron status, magnesium, zinc. Extended panels additionally include selenium, vitamin B1/B6, omega-3 index. Which parameters are validated for liquid capillary blood is part of the panel configuration.

May we make medical statements based on the test?
The result is medical — it comes from an accredited laboratory with reference ranges. What you communicate as a supplement brand, however, is subject to the applicable health-claim rules (HCR) and advertising regulations. The diagnostic statement stands; the recommendation logic sits with you and must be checked against the regulations.

Can we offer a before/after test alongside supplement regimens?
Yes, that is one of the most common programme models. Repeat diagnostics is part of the platform's standard scope — it can be created via the API as an order pair (before and after test). You receive both results in structured form and can present the trajectory in your system.

Who is liable for the interpretation of the result?
The laboratory delivers a validated result with reference ranges and — where required — medical release. How you use this result in your advice or product recommendation lies in your responsibility as a supplement provider. We supply data, not therapy recommendations.
