Frequently asked questions

How do we connect Probatix to our practice management system?
Via FHIR R4 (DiagnosticReport + Observations) or REST/JSON; for classic practice interfaces an LDT mapping is available. The appropriate level of integration depends on your practice or medical-centre system — we clarify this during onboarding.

Can we ship tests in our practice branding?
Yes. In the white-label model the kit packaging, inserts and result layout run in the practice look. Your patients see you as the sender, not Probatix.

Which sample types are possible?
Liquid capillary blood (Tasso+, TAP Micro Select), venous blood (for workflows with practice-based collection), urine, saliva, swab, stool. Which sample type is validated for which parameter is part of the panel configuration.

What happens to the result — does it come to us or to the patient?
Both are configurable. Standard: the result runs into the practice system in structured form (FHIR/LDT); in addition, the patient receives a notification via the Probatix portal or your own patient communication. The routing is defined during setup.

How do we bill for private services?
IGeL-compliant billing pathways are supported. We supply diagnostics as a module; settlement with the patient (private payer) or with selective-contract structures runs through your established channels.
